  • Please make sure the whole team is briefed before the photographer arrives.
  • Have a dedicated space ready for the photographer to set up.
  • Consider the flow of your event—are there any specific moments you want highlighted, like speeches, performances, or special activities?
  • Communicate the event schedule to ensure we’re in the right place at the right time.
  • Determine the primary use of the images—are they for social media, a website, or printed materials?
  • Is there parking available for the photographer?
