On the other hand, a Brand Me photoshoot is the real deal – it’s all about quality and positioning, especially for your website. In short, a Pocket Session is like a social media fix, perfect for those quick content needs. Meanwhile, a Brand Me photoshoot offers your brand a more extensive, thought-out, and creative process.

The best light at Studio on Hampton typically occurs during the late morning to early afternoon, when natural light floods the space. During the colder months, we recommend shooting before 3:00PM.

We all know Melbourne can be tricky to predict so we try to be as flexible as possible if you’re wanting to catch golden hour. During day light savings the studio can stay bright up to 7PM!

Do note, we are also close to a few Primary Schools, so if you’re flexible, it’s good to avoid traffic around school pickup.

Do You Edit the Images?

Yes, all our photography services, except for Pocket Sessions, include final edited images. However, it’s important to note that there’s a distinction between editing images and retouching them.

What’s The Difference Between Editing And Retouching?

Editing focuses on enhancing the overall quality of an image, this includes colour correction and cropping. Retouching involves removing imperfections and enhancing specific areas of the image, such as blemishes, reshaping, or removing unwanted elements.

For retouching services, additional costs may apply if not confirmed prior to booking. This may include adjusting backgrounds, nail editing, lint removal, hair style changes, removing reflections from glass or plastic products, making fabric adjustments, and body contouring.

Do I Get Full Ownership of My Images?

Absolutely, the images are yours to use as you please. However, it’s worth noting that we also retain the rights to any content we capture in the studio. This allows us to use such content to promote the studio on social media and include it in our portfolio. If privacy is a concern and you would prefer that we didn’t use your images, just let us know during your photoshoot.

Can I Receive My Images Unedited?

Providing unedited images would mean delivering incomplete work that does not meet our standards, particularly when it comes to issues like a dirty floor, crumbs, or uneven lighting. While we are open to making minimal edits, we always ensure that the images are cleaned up before delivering them to the client. Please note that images from Pocket Sessions are not edited but are captured with the intention of minimal retouching.
