Studio on Hampton offers a spacious 80m2 of pristine white epoxy floors, allowing plenty of room to bring your ideas to life. All studio hire bookings include our versatile range of furniture, elegant ceiling high sheer linen curtains, versatile Queen bed, and modern desk setting.

Our Premium Prop Room is a curated collection of delicate, unique, and quirky props of various shapes, sizes, and colours. It includes items such as food backgrounds, materials, coffee table books, fashion magazines, vinyl, party decorations, candles, cocktail glasses, coffee mugs, and more. Most of these props are collected from other shoots or second-hand, making them unique and one of a kind.

Access to the Premium Prop Room can be added to your booking for a small fee of $25. Please add this to your booking notes and our team will make sure the Premium Prop Room is ready for you.

• Hourly Rate: $90 + GST per hour
• Your booking time includes both set-up and pack-down.

We are often booked back to back with classes, photoshoot and meetings; If your team has not fully vacated the studio by the end of your booking time, an immediate overtime fee of $60 will apply. An additional charge of $20 will be incurred for every 10 minutes beyond your allocated time.
